When the sun sets, sometimes it's almost as if an artist's brush has been dipped and drawn across the whole expanse of the sky. The lush greens of the landscape set a tone of midsummer, when days stretch out to their longest. Glimmers of glowing color reflect on the marsh river. I am inspired by all seasons in New England, and summer is the one that has the most saturated variety of greens in the landscape. Pinks and corals in the sky offer balance and play off the cool greens and blues.
